Quality Control Assistant

to handle documentation, monitoring, and compliance tasks.

Job Summary

This position is ideal for a reliable and organized individual who can manage administrative and monitoring duties related to quality control. You will be responsible for completing production forms, monitoring lot numbers, recording product output, and ensuring compliance with general quality standards under the supervision of our senior QC specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Complete and maintain quality control forms and production records. Monitor and register lot numbers throughout the production process. Ensure accurate recording of finished goods for outgoing shipments. Assist with administrative tasks and follow-up related to QC procedures. Provide general oversight of compliance with company quality standards. Support adherence to

CIFA

and

MAPAQ

regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food production or quality control is an asset. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Full proficiency with computers (Word, Excel, database entry). Ability to work independently and follow instructions from senior QC staff. Knowledge of

CIFA

and

MAPAQ

regulations is an advantage. Attention to detail, reliability, and accountability.
