Job Description

Facilitate and support the execution of the Quality and Continuous Improvement strategic plan, including implementing QMS, Lean, and NPI projects.

Your Role





Facilitate and support the execution of the Quality and Continuous Improvement strategic plan, including implementing QMS, Lean, and NPI projects.



Works collaboratively with the quality engineer and supports departments in executing the plan to implement QMS.

Performs observations and collects and manages data to enable analysis and identification of improvement opportunities. Investigates inefficiencies, recurring issues, and waste using root cause analysis and structured problem-solving techniques.

Supports deployment of Lean projects.

Supports NPI project by deploying relevant SOPs, Work Instructions, Checklists, and Forms.




Education & Experience:


Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Operations Management program. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:


Computer literacy. Good Knowledge of MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams Excellent communication skills. Detailed oriented with excellent attention to detail. Ability to perform numerical calculations such as add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure.

Language Skills:


Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Effective presentation skills and ability to communicate within different levels of the organization. Ability to write documentation such as operating procedures, work instructions, etc.

Reasoning ability:


Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Computer Skills:


Proficiency with MS Office, especially performing analysis using Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint. Proficiency with Power BI and the ability to automatize processes on Forms and Excel will be considered assets.

Other Skills, Abilities, and/or Qualifications:


Lean/Lean Sig Sigma Training and experience with deployment of Lean projects will be considered an asset.
