Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at Boxmaster. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, contributing to our reputation for excellence in packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct document control activities, including preparing, reviewing, distribution, training, filing and archival of controlled documents. Participate in internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up activities. Assist with the investigation, root cause analysis and reporting of non-conformities. Developing, implementing and measuring effectiveness of corrections, corrective actions and preventative actions and other continual improvement measures.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to diplomatically handle conflicts and resolve regulatory or quality-related

Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $54,000.00 per year
