We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Coordinator to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your analytical mindset. You will be exposed to many opportunities to leave a positive impact and further develop your skillset!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance of Regulatory and Quality compliance as per GMP and GVP Practices.
• Preparation and maintenance of all GMP relevant documents for reference and audit purpose.
• Maintenance of logs for complaints, change controls, Batch release, retention, deviations etc. in relevant forms. Maintenance of Retention samples as per SOP.
• Coordinating AMT and confirmatory/batch release testing with testing laboratories and Dispatch of samples for testing laboratories.
• Release of drug product after reviewing the batch records, testing results in comparison to product specifications and review of manufacturing documents. Ensure finished products are sampled and tested according to their specifications before release for sale.
• Preparation/review of annual summary reports; APQR.
• Maintenance of training records. Performing the record management as per respective SOP's.
• Revision of Standard operating procedures (SOP). Ensuring that all the standard operating procedure are followed properly at site.
• Ensuring regular monitoring of temperatures in the warehouses.
• Assist in preparation and submission of Non-Prescription and Natural Product Number (NPN) application to Health Canada.
• Manage customer and supplier documentation to ensure compliance and help resolve issues.
• Participate in resolving regulatory issues raised by customers, consumers, and government agencies and initiate corrective actions
• Performing the other duties as assigned by Compliance manager.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors of science degree in a technical discipline (e.g., pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, etc.)
• At least 2 years of QA experience in a manufacturing company with the Health Canada regulated environment.
• Understanding of GMPs and quality management systems.
• Organized with a keen eye for details. Fast learner, a critical thinker and multi-tasker.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
