Job Description
Overview
We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Analyst to join our JET team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy within our online insurance platform, JET, through rigorous testing and analysis.
Responsibilities
Identify, document, and track defects using comprehensive test plans. Collaborate with configuration and underwriting teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on product functionality. Testing to ensure existing functionalities remain intact after updates. Analyze test results and provide summary reports on findings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Insurance knowledge would be a major bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $45,751.75-$65,000.00 per year
