ASnapshot of Your Day The co-op student supports administrative functions of the EngineeringGovernance and Community Center including collection, registration and update ofengineering data, updating templates and live links of internal documents, monitoringupdates on practice standards and guidelines published by provincial regulatingbodies, preparation and organization of community events, team meetings andinformation sessions. Additional responsibilities will include providing administrative supportto the Quality Group, including update of internal documents, data analysis andreport preparation, while learning about the role Quality plays in FieldService.   • Collecting,registering, and updating data
  • Updatingdocument templates and live links of internal documents
  • Monitoringupdates on practice standards and guidelines published by provincial regulatingbodies.
  • Supportingpreparation and organization of community events, team meetings and informationsessions
  • Supportingpreparation of internal announcement and postings
  • Assist in the development and update of procedures and related forms
  • Participates in report preparation and dataanalysis
  • Develop anddeliver persuasive business presentations

About the Team The Engineering Governance function provides support and guidance forbusiness units for maintaining compliance with codes and regulations in eachCanadian province applicable to engineering activities, engages with externalregulating bodies and organizations, established and maintains the ProfessionalPractice Management Plan, holds periodic touch points and information session,organizes group trainings for the engineering governance team. The Engineering Community function builds awareness and fosters horizontalrelationships, organizes social events and promotes ongoing communication and knowledgesharing among the SE CA engineering community.
