About The Role

The QC Reviewer is responsible for performing the quality control review of documentations related to the facilities, laboratories and the clinic's equipment of the facilities department. The QC Reviewer also performs audits within the team to ensure that quality standards are respected. He/she will assist in and write and/or review the SOPs pertaining to all facilities hardware & equipment.

What You'll Do Here

Performs 100% quality control review on documentation pertaining to our physical building, laboratory and clinical general equipment and instruments (calibration records, maintenance logs, equipment malfunction and repair logs.). In charge of the quality within the facilities team. Performs audits within the team: develops, executes and reports. Responsible for documenting equipment receipt. To maintain the maintenance schedule of the building facilities general laboratory and clinical equipment & instruments. To maintain the equipment & instruments inventories (Building, laboratory and clinical) up to date. Fills out supplementary information forms as needed to ensure documentation is accurate and complete. Completes documentation as required to track deviations and reports of non-compliance within the team. To respond to QA, laboratory, clinic & H & S citations. Performs departmental documentation archiving. To write, revise and/or review SOPs pertaining to building facilities management. Adhere to annual updating of all effective SOPaEUR(TM)s, policies, int./ext. ref. docs., work instructions, forms & templates. Keep up to date with respect to pertinent regulatory developments in the building industry. To act as the backup for the disaster recovery plan with regards to facilities building management, laboratory and clinics. To conduct all work in compliance with applicable SOPs, GCPs, GLPs, and observe all company guidelines and policies. Stay up to date on new SOPs, procedures, and techniques via training sessions, team meetings and internal communication avenues.

What You'll Need to Succeed

High school degree completed or higher in health-related sciences or building management equivalence with at least 3 years of experience. Excellent communication skills in French and English Must possess a good knowledge of - GLP, GCP, EHS and FM concepts & regulations. Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is an asset. Excellent management, organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Attentive to details. Strong leadership, decision making and problem-solving ability. Customer-focused. Software: Outlook, MS-Office & CMMS is an asset.
