We are currently hiring an experienced

Quality Control Manager

to lead our QC team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Position Summary

The

Quality Control Manager

oversees all QC operations, ensuring products, raw materials, and batches meet required specifications and comply with GMP standards. This role manages a team of chemists and technicians and works closely with R&D, Production, and other departments to resolve quality issues and maintain consistency across all manufacturing stages.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications Maintain and enforce QC procedures and GMP compliance Supervise QC lab operations and testing Review and maintain quality control records and documentation Investigate and resolve quality issues, deviations, or customer complaints Collaborate with R&D and Production to support process improvements Train and mentor QC staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree inChemistry or related field

5-7 years

of Quality Control experience in

cosmetics or personal care manufacturing

Strong understanding of QC processes, GMP, and regulatory standards Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
