Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products meet stringent quality standards, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional steel solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the manufacturing cycle. Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on product quality. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Utilize measurement tools such as calipers for precise quality assessments. Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality assurance activities. Assist in developing and refining quality management systems. Provide training and guidance on quality control practices to team members.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices. Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in using measurement instruments, including calipers. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
