Position Summary

Inspection and testing of all PVC pipe produced within the facility or transferred from off site.

Education and Experience

Perform In-coming Materials Inspection Support Manufacturing Processes Perform First Article Inspection and Record Results Perform In-Process Inspection and Record Results Perform Final Inspection and Record Results Create and Maintain Inspection Sheets Maintain Product Traceability Sheets Perform Re-Inspection on any Reworked and Repaired Items. Complete all Testing at Required Frequencies. Perform Calibration and Maintain Records of all Measuring and Testing Equipment. Control Non-Conforming Material for Receiving, In-Process, and Final Inspection. Support the Team in Disposition of Non-Conforming Material. Release 'on hold' products for shipments/recycling Coordinate QC Procedures Control Production Drawings Create Monthly QC Summary Reports. All other duties as assigned Previous experience in QC an asset Experiences with MS office, excel, word Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms.
