A DAY IN THE LIFE



Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) duties for assigned construction projects/clients. Generates and processes customer invoices for both maintenance and construction work and submits to customers' invoicing e-portal systems. Troubleshoots billing discrepancies and submission issues. Ensures invoices match provided backup documentation and are consistent with customer pricing. Ensures payroll for consultant time is appropriately captured on project invoices. Generates, maintains and performs reconciliation of customer statements. Performs billing activities in accordance with control requirements and receivables policies. Maintains accounts receivable data and customer files. Interfaces with credit and collections to contribute to delivery of collections targets. Completes ad-hoc projects and reports relating to Accounts Receivable. Assists with month end A/R procedures as well as external and internal audit information requests. Ensure accuracy of daily work tickets are completed and submitted and support the recording/tracking of work tickets to facilitate accurate customer invoicing. Facilitate the accurate completion and submission of changes to construction employee's billing trade codes, wage adjustments, and employment releases. Support/assist with time entry for hourly construction employees. Proactively solicit completed and signed time sheets from supervisors for submission to corporate payroll department for processing. Ensure time sheets are accurate, corrections are made (if required) and reflect the correct billing codes. Prepare reports and maintain records/files related to administrative and accounting responsibilities. Completes construction/project documentation as required. Maintain records of 3rd party time and equipment and verify the accuracy against vendor invoices Manage a variety of documentation requirement including site/client specific correspondence Other admin duties as required

The QA/QC Drawing Administrator is responsible for combining, organizing, Redlining project drawings, revisions, and related quality documentation. This role ensures all design and construction drawings meet quality standards, are properly reviewed and approved, and that the latest revisions are accurat

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and manage the

drawing control system

, including issuing, tracking, and archiving all design and as-built drawings. Verify that all drawings received are

approved, current, and correctly referenced

before release to site teams or subcontractors. Support QA/QC and engineering teams in conducting

document and drawing audits

to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Collaborate with engineers, drafters, and site supervisors to

collect redlines and as-built updates

for final submission. Assist with

QA/QC documentation

, including Inspection Test Records (ITRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and other quality forms related to design or drawing updates. Ensure drawings are properly

coded, labeled, and version-controlled

according to project document control procedures. Provide

support during audits

and client inspections, ensuring documentation is complete and traceable. Must be proficient in the use of Computer programs such as Excel and word. BlueBeam PDF editing skill is a bonus.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS



Grade 12 graduate with preference given to those with relevant post-secondary education. Must be willing to travel and be onsite. Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). Previous experience and knowledge of the construction or oil and gas industry is preferred. Exceptional time-management skills; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks quickly. Perform required duties in a safety conscious manner. Electrical Certificationwould be an asset.
