We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions by planning, creating, and executing test cases in Zephyr, analyzing test reports, running pipelines, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in manual QA tools who thrives in a collaborative team setting and can confidently deliver quality assurance insights to upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 70% focus on manual testing, including creating comprehensive test cases based on customer tickets and requirements.
Experience in automation testing is a strong asset, particularly to assist with automating relevant scenarios in collaboration with the current QA team.
Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans using Zephyr, ensuring software quality and full coverage across different environments.
Analysis & Reporting: Perform detailed root cause analysis on test failures, generate comprehensive reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders, including upper management.
Environment Management: Maintain and update testing environments to align with ongoing testing needs.
Collaboration: Participate in daily meetings with the engineering, internal & remote QA team to ensure alignment on testing activities, resolve issues, and stay updated on the project's status.

Nice to have Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Zephyr and Jira, understanding test management and tracking.
Experience with Cucumber and WebDriver for behavior-driven development and test automation.
Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline execution.
Competency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following test automation tools: Appium, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
