Responsibilities:
Own, set up, and improve our QA strategies and practices while working to fully incorporate QA into the software development process.
Increase test coverage, design and teach our Agile development teams practical testing methodologies and scenarios, and work with them.
Own written materials that explain the criteria and steps needed for quality control
Throughout the feature development process, provide the engineering, product, and other teams with qualitative and quantitative input to ensure that we're only providing the finest possible product.
Requirements:
Prior experience working as a QA Manager, QA Lead (or in a position with a similar level of responsibility) for cross-functional mobile development teams is required.
a love and devotion for data-driven, moral, and experimentally improved QA development approaches
Critical thinking abilities to assess arguments, identify assumptions, and form conclusions
Strong communication abilities, empathy, and the capacity to comprehend various viewpoints
Experience in hiring and establishing QA departments, as well as the ability to navigate, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
