• Diriger le processus de recrutement en assurance qualit\xc3\xa9 du studio

We are currently looking for a Studio QA Manager to supervise and ensure the quality of various tests performed locally as well as in our studios abroad on video games produced by Gameloft Montreal.

From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with:

• Implementing testing policies, procedures and standards for all Montreal games
• Leading the studio\'s QA recruitment process
• Training and mentoring younger QA team members
• Ensuring that bugs are described in a very explicit and detailed manner
• Ensuring that tests are performed within the required time frame and that the testing schedule is followed
• Overseeing communications between overseas testing teams and the production teams
• Following up on the sending and receiving of test reports
• Creating & supporting your team in creating test plans
• Keeping testing documentation up to date

Qualifications

Exp\xc3\xa9rience et qualifications :

• 3-5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en tant que Manager AQ
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail \xc3\xa0 toutes les \xc3\xa9tapes de d\xc3\xa9veloppement d\'un jeu (de la pr\xc3\xa9production au LiveOps )

Experience and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years\' experience as a QA Manager
• Experience working in all stages of game development (Pre-Prod to LiveOps)
• Strong knowledge of testing procedures and PC/Console certifications
• Familiar with the Windows, Mobile, and Console platforms
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
• Well-developed observational and organisational skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Advanced experience with Jira, Test Rail, and other Testing tools
• Ability to easily communicate and work with others
• Thrives under pressure and short deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Autonomous and proactive leadership approach
• Keen interest in video games
• QA Automation experience is a plus!
