Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst to plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing cycles across ERP and ServiceNow implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for both manual and automated testing, building automation frameworks, and ensuring end-to-end quality assurance in Agile delivery environments.

Engagements are structured on a contract-to-hire or fractional executive basis, with consultants operating in a white-label capacity, representing our organization and/or our end-clients at an executive level.

This role is ideal for professionals with exposure of software QA and testing experience who are comfortable working across complex enterprise systems and multi-vendor project teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute system, integration, regression, and user acceptance test cycles

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Implement and manage test automation frameworks and reusable scripts

Perform testing across ERP platforms and ServiceNow implementations

Validate functional, technical, interface, and data integrity requirements

Log, track, and manage defects through resolution using standard tools

Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and compliance requirements

Prepare QA reports, metrics, and dashboards for project stakeholders

Support performance and security testing coordination where required

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in software QA and testing roles preferred

Proven experience in:

? ERP testing (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

? ServiceNow testing

? Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Experience designing and executing manual and automated test scenarios

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies

Preferred Certifications

ISTQB Certified Tester

Selenium WebDriver Certification

Agile Testing Certification (ICAgile-AT or equivalent)

Technical Skills

Test automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress)

Test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Test Management)

Knowledge of SQL for data validation

Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, ReadyAPI) is an asset

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
