Infosys is looking to onboard a seasoned Lead Consultant with experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud applications. The position will primarily act as a functional consultant for Oracle SCM Cloud modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud. In addition, the candidate will be responsible to be a part of solution discussions with client, drive process workshops, drive testing cycles like SIT & UAT, manage and control technical development, deployment, SIT/UAT defects resolution and production incident support. In this role, the candidate will interact with client\'s business SMEs, process consultants and IT teams from other modules to understand and analyze the requirements and ensure timely and quality delivery of the tasks.Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor\'s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- 7 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Candidate needs to have prior experience in leading any one of the following areas - Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Inventory Cloud, Planning Cloud or Product Data Management Cloud.
- Experience in at least 2 full-fledged implementation of Oracle cloud application
- Experience in requirements gathering and come up with solution design.

- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Hands-on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
- Hands-on experience on analysis & configuration of Oracle Fusion cloud components, custom fields, custom objects, DFFs and reports.
- Must be able to understand REST API based integrations and design/mapping between source and target systems all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.
- Experience on Data Migration will be added advantage.
- Experience in production support is nice to have.
- Experience managing team size of 5+ resources nice to have.
- Work collaboratively with offshore team to build solution and execute business scenarios.
- Engage with different stakeholders to drive various outcomes, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
