Succeed in an organization that actively promotes networking and mentorship among all communities.ROLE SUMMARY: You are an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud AMS (Application Management Services) professional Consultant, who enjoys managing and supporting the Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud Payroll application after the implementation is complete. You\xe2\x80\x99re a problem-solver with the keen ability to diagnose a client\xe2\x80\x99s unique needs. You have an eye for creating solutions and can see the gap between where a client is at and where they need to be, and love assisting the users to get them there.Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ongoing management, maintenance, and support of our Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll application. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the HCM system and the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements.
  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll module.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud promptly.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Implement changes to the system, including updates, patches, and new features.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud functionality.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
  • Manage and support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and other systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data interfaces and connections.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including user access controls and data protection measures.
  • Stay informed about updates to security protocols and implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Assist users in creating and customizing reports to meet business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the HCM system.
  • Knowledge and experience with Other Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules like CoreHR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits is an added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:\xc2\xb7 5+ years consulting experience with demonstrated experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, and support on at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud modules.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.\xc2\xb7 Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies and tools.\xc2\xb7 Proficient on Microsoft Office Tools, specifically PowerPoint, Project, and Excel\xc2\xb7 Ability to work with executive leaders to drive.\xc2\xb7 Experience reporting to senior client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on and offsite, and offshore functional and technical teams.\xc2\xb7 A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or college diploma\xc2\xb7 English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company\'s activities to avoid this requirement.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
