We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement activities and optimize our supply chain operations. Manage end-to-end purchasing processes using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in procurement transactions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable conditions while maintaining quality standards. Oversee supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management to build reliable vendor partnerships. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to forecast material requirements using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for timely procurement. Monitor inventory levels through inventory management systems, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess or shortages. Conduct supply chain analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements, risk mitigation, and cost savings. Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline transportation, delivery schedules, and warehouse operations for efficient supply chain flow. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and legal regulations related to vendor agreements and supply chain activities. Lead contract management efforts by drafting, reviewing, and renewing supplier agreements while safeguarding the company's interests. Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, supplier communications, contracts, and procurement activities for audit readiness.

Proven experience in procurement management within a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Strong proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS; experience with MRP systems is highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, vendor management, and supply chain processes. Demonstrated ability to manage purchasing functions effectively while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analytical capabilities for pricing analysis and supplier evaluation. Familiarity with inventory control techniques and logistics coordination to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Ability to develop strategic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across departments. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
