About the role


Help keep purchasing, payments, and inbound logistics running smoothly. You'll enter purchase orders, prep vendor payments, maintain supplier info, and schedule/track containers and deliveries.

What you'll do



Enter/update

POs

, pricing, and item details; keep vendor data current.

Prepare payments

: match invoices to POs/receipts and route for approval.

Coordinate logistics

: book containers/trucking, confirm pickups, track ETAs, share status. Maintain trackers for

in-transit inventory, due dates, and exceptions

; flag issues early. Create simple

weekly reports

(PO status, inbound schedule, spend by vendor). General ops admin (file documents, follow-ups, tidy SOPs).

Must-haves



Bilingual French & English

(written + spoken).

Excel/Google Sheets

: sort/filter, basic formulas (SUMIF/XLOOKUP), pivots a plus. Fast, accurate

data entry

; strong attention to detail; clear email etiquette. Reliable, organized, comfortable working with deadlines.

Nice to have



Experience with POs/AP, freight portals, or booking containers/truckloads. Familiarity with Google Drive, QuickBooks/Xero, Shopify/Amazon, or a TMS.

Role


Vous appuyez les achats, les paiements fournisseurs et la logistique entrante : saisie des bons de commande, preparation des paiements, tenue des donnees fournisseurs, planification/suivi des conteneurs et livraisons.

Responsabilites



Saisir/mettre a jour les

BC

, prix et fiches articles; tenir les donnees fournisseurs.

Preparer les paiements

: rapprocher factures-BC-receptions et acheminer pour approbation.

Coordonner la logistique

: reservation de conteneurs/transport, confirmations, suivi des ETA, communications de statut. Maintenir des

tableaux de suivi

(en transit, echeances, exceptions) et

escalader

au besoin. Produire de

petits rapports hebdomadaires

(statut BC, calendrier des arrivees, depenses par fournisseur). Soutien administratif (classement, relances, mise a jour des modes operatoires).

Exigences



Bilingue francais & anglais

(oral et ecrit).

Excel/Sheets

: tri/filtre, formules de base (SUMIF/XLOOKUP), tableaux croises (atout). Saisie de donnees rapide et precise; communication ecrite claire; sens de l'organisation.

Atouts



Experience en achats/comptes fournisseurs, portails de fret ou reservation de conteneurs. Connaissance de Google Drive, QuickBooks/Xero, Shopify/Amazon ou d'un TMS.
