About The Role:
The Operations Administrative Assistant plays a key support role in our production and operations teams. This person will be responsible for managing vendor communication, placing approved orders, coordinating deliveries, handling documentation, and providing administrative assistance to our operations staff.
This role is permanent and full-time and offers a competitive salary based on experience, company health benefits and team profit sharing.

Key Job Responsibilities
Place approved purchase orders for various departments (e.g. QC, production), consolidating procurement where possible to increase efficiency.
Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure timely arrival of materials.
Maintain ERP system with any updates and changes.
Assist with end-of-month inventory counts and reconciliation tasks.
Upload and organize vendor invoices in QuickBooks as needed.
Escalate quality issues related to orders or deliveries to the Purchasing Manager promptly.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations support role (manufacturing or beverage industry experience is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with digital systems such as QuickBooks and inventory or brewing software.
Proficiency in google sheets.
Clear communication and proactive follow-up with vendors and internal team members.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with a problem-solving mindset.
