About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Pump Truck Operator

to join our team. This is a physically demanding but rewarding position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being on the move, and contributing to an essential service in our community.

Responsibilities

Pumping grease traps at restaurants and lift stations Dumping truck loads at designated facilities Working independently while coordinating with the team Providing professional, friendly customer service

Requirements

Minimum age: 19 (maximum 60; if you can work, you can work!) Valid

Class 5 driver's license

with a clean abstract (must provide upon hiring) Reliable vehicle to meet the team at Colwood Mall Physically capable of heavy manual labour: lift up to 100 lbs, walk up to 15,000 steps per day, frequent twisting and movement Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Flexibility: start times around

4:30 am

; hours vary Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays; on-call duty

two weekends per month

Willing to undergo a background check

Compensation & Benefits

Training period (first 3 months):

$27.50/hr minimum, hourly pay (30+ hours/week guaranteed)

Post-training salary:

based on experience (hourly or salary structure negotiable) Bi-weekly pay schedule
