Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented

Housekeeping Common Area Attendant

to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas within the hotel. This role ensures that lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces are kept in pristine condition, creating a welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain hotel common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and meeting spaces. Ensure all public spaces are spotless, well-stocked, and presentable at all times. Respond promptly to guest requests for cleaning or assistance in common areas. Monitor and replenish supplies such as hand towels, soap, and toiletries in public restrooms. Perform routine floor care, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing. Assist in deep cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance tasks. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the appropriate department. Follow hotel cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while engaging with guests and team members.
