? Foster collaboration and team spirit with the Public Relations Assistant Manager, ensuring alignment of key priorities to enhance team productivity.
? Serve as the primary liaison of Canadian Public Relations initiatives to Brand Director of Canada, and America's / Global Communications and Public Relations leadership.
? Monitor key performance indicators using Tribe Dynamics to ensure all Communications initiatives and strategies are shaped to support team goals.
Support the execution of impactful and well-planned campaigns.
? Collaborate closely with the Brand Director and broader Canadian and America's Communications and Marketing teams to develop integrated communication strategies and innovative launch plans, ensuring alignment with the brand's core messaging.
? Responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of Public Relations VIP events, including but not limited to all in-house event concepting, detail ideation, development of brand-aligned materials, execution of roll-out, and in-event hosting.
? Oversee planning and negotiations of paid influencer programming, including sourcing talent, identifying key long-term and campaign-based partners, shaping brief concepts that align with the overall campaign theme, and managing contracts in line with budget parameters.
? Oversee Canadian Creator mailer launch strategy and provide guidance to Assistant Manager for execution with external vendors.
? Assist Communications team with the packing and shipping of event materials and collateral Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds may be required during event setup.
? Support the team in seamless execution of all event and trip activations, partnering with the VP to set and meet EMV goals.
? Opportunity to travel to influencer events and meetings as needed.
Help increase Caudalie' s visibility and strengthen brand recognition.
? Build meaningful partnerships with influencers who embody Caudalie' s brand values by spotting emerging talent early and cultivating lasting partnerships that boost EMV.
? Track EMV and campaign visibility within Tribe Dynamics, continuously refining strategies by using competitive performance insights to shape decisions.
? Proactively engage Brand Director and America's/ Global leadership in post-campaign reviews, evaluating performance against KPIs and highlighting optimization opportunities for future launches.
? Provide guidance to the Public Relations Assistant Manager on reactive media outreach and assist with the timely submission of award entries.
Budget Optimization
? Manage daily budget tracking to ensure spending remains within allocated limits.
? Collaborate with the Brand Director on annual and campaign-to-campaign budget allocation plans.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
5 years of experience at an agency or in-house working on beauty, lifestyle or fashion brands.
Strong personal relationships with Canadian beauty and lifestyle influencers.
Required experience using influencer/communications management software such as Tribe, Octoly, and Cision.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and strategy.
Analytical, with experience tracking and reporting on KPI's for influencer campaigns.
Optimal project management skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Adaptable, resourceful and forward thinking.
Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment is a plus.

Work Hours & Location
Reports to the Brand Director, Canada, and collaborates regularly with America's and Global PR leadership. Role includes a high level of autonomy in campaign execution and influencer strategy.
Available to work Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Work location is in the corporate office located in Toronto, Ontario.
Hybrid work schedule office/remote defined by management.
