Zak Communications is accepting applications for its Fall 2022 Internship program in our Liberty Village office.Applicants must love beauty, fashion and lifestyle PR, be highly motivated and organized, and ready to join a team environment at our boutique agency. This is ideally a full-time internship and we require a min of 3 days per week for a min duration of 3 months and an honorarium / stipend is available.Requirements:

• Degree in Communications or Public Relations, on-going
• Previous internship experience an asset
• Bilingual with strong communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and priority management capabilities
• Dynamic and energetic
• Resourceful and positive, team player
• Detail-oriented
• Interest in the beauty and fashion industry
• Proficient in a MAC environment
• Experienced in Excel, PowerPoint and data entering
• Social media savvy

Key Responsibilities: Assist the team in all activities and projects related to our clients such as:

• Press monitoring and clippings
• Participating in various events and product launches
• Assisting with mailers and media outreach
• Coordinating fact checks and sample requests
• Product inventory management
• Updating client reports and media lists
• Reception, general administrative tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSchedule:

• Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:
