Roma & Associates is a full service licensed public accounting firm located in Tecumseh, Ontario. Our clients range in size from large multi-national corporations to small locally owned and managed businesses in addition to not-for-profit and charitable organizations. Regardless of the size or orientation of the client, our focus is on service. We are currently looking to fill 1 accounting position.

The ideal candidates will have:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a public accounting environment Experience preparing financial statements and preparing both corporate and personal tax returns (T1/T2, etc.) Experience using Caseware, Quickbooks, Sage 50, Cantax or Taxprep Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Job Duties:

Preparing financial statements (e.g. balance sheet, P&L, statement of cash flows) Tax preparation of T2 Corporate returns as well as T1 Personal returns Conducting audits to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements Reviewing and maintaining internal controls processes and systems
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
