Job Description
Moose's is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations. We're seeking someone with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a drive to create memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service Manage day-to-day pub operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training Oversee financial performance: budgeting, cost control, and reporting Maintain high standards for food, beverage, and guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects the Moose's brand
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a pub, bar, or restaurant setting Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage costs and drive sales growth Excellent communication and people skills ProServe certification
