POSITION OVERVIEW
As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences while maintaining our commitment to a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will lead a team dedicated to upholding our high standards of service and quality in both food and beverage offerings. Your role will involve coaching and developing staff, managing front-of-house costs, and implementing effective scheduling techniques to meet operational targets. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years experience in a hospitality management position
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop teams effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar etc.)
Experience with POS systems (LightSpeed is considered an asset)
Experience with reservation booking systems and CRMs (OpenTable, TripleSeat or similar is considered an asset)
Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to ensuring excellent guest experiences
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling techniques
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and effectively
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure excellent guest experiences and uphold high standards for food and beverage programs
Mentor and train employees regularly, focusing on coaching, development, and onboarding
Manage all front-of-house costs, achieving weekly inventory targets
Utilize social media to drive guest engagement and brand awareness
Employ effective scheduling techniques to meet labor targets
Oversee scheduling, hiring, and staff performance to ensure smooth operations
Perform necessary administrative tasks to support smooth store operations
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business operations
Work hand and hand with the Chef to ensure cleanliness, organization, costing, menu development, etc.
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & PERKS
Total compensation of $70,000 -$85,000 inclusive of gratuities and bonus potential. Base salary start rate is dependent on experience.* Weekly gratuities and an annual profit-based bonus program
