## Overview
We are seeking a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

## Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Book appointments and take payments
- Utilize computerized systems for appointment scheduling and data entry (Previous knowledge of 'JaneApp' an asset, but not a requirement)
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Maintain organized front desk area
- Light cleaning duties

## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Strong office and phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Basic clerical skills
- Attention to detail for proofreading tasks

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with JaneApp software
- Strong organizational skills
