Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is a must, with a strong background in the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of serving techniques and food preparation processes is an asset. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Barista experience is a plus for establishments serving coffee or specialty beverages. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
