Evaluate the effectiveness of counselling and the patient's outcomes Record observations Prepare a treatment plan for each patient Provide therapy Counsel individuals and groups to achieve more effective personal, social and vocational development and adjustment Implement treatment plans Analyze the patient during the treatments Maintain accurate records Help clients manage physical illness and disorders Liaise with community agencies or partners, and identify additional or alternative services and provide referrals
