Psychotherapist / Social Worker (independent Contractor)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling and psychotherapy services to support clients and their families to address emotional, social, and mental health difficulties
-Individual psychotherapy, family therapy and couples therapy
-Maintain confidentiality in respect to client's personal health information
- Advocate for patients' rights and assist them in accessing necessary resources and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and progress
- Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Registered Psychotherapist or Bachelors of Social Work or MSW
- Valid license as an RP or Social Worker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
