Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client-centered approaches. This role requires a professional who is skilled in various therapeutic techniques and is committed to providing exceptional patient care. The Psychotherapist will be offered the opportunity to negotiate a functional schedule for themselves, comprising of week days, weekends and evenings. Flexible hours with a commission rate of 80$ a client to start.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual therapy sessions for adults and/or children. Assess clients' needs through comprehensive evaluations and interviews. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments. Utilize therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including case management documentation. Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. Engage in ongoing research to stay updated on best practices in psychotherapy.

Experience

A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is best. Experience working with adults and/or children and/or couples suffering from a variety of mental health concerns. Proven ability in patient care and case management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
