Registered Clinical Counsellor or Psychologist

to join our established team of practitioners dedicated to clinical excellence, collaboration, and elevated patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical counselling or psychological assessments with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with medical and rehabilitation practitioners for truly integrated patient care Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and case records Participate in case discussions and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment plans Represent Balance Lab's standard of clinical excellence and refined patient experience

Requirements

RCC (BCACC) or Registered Psychologist designation required Proven experience in mental health, trauma, or behavioural therapy Experience in multidisciplinary or medical settings preferred Fluent in English; Korean or Mandarin is an asset Professional presence, strong ethics, and a patient-first mindset
