Job Description

Positive Change Health is a private practice located in Mission, BC. We provide a variety of in-person and telehealth clinical and forensic psychological services to clients across BC. We have a rapidly expanding list of referral providers and are currently seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our team. We are also open to receiving applications from graduates who are currently in the process of registering with the CHCPBC and who will require supervision. This is a part time/casual position with freedom to set your own schedule and manage your workload to suit your lifestyle. We offer a friendly and supportive environment with a large office space along with the ability to work from home via telehealth. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced, early career or recent graduate clinicians. Peer consultation, supervision, and training along with scheduling and invoicing assistance may be provided.

Responsibilities may include:

- Conduct psychological assessments (e.g., workplace injury, psychodiagnostic, learning disorder, substance use,)
- Provide individual therapy sessions for clinical and/or forensic clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical notes

Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychology
- Registered to practice as a Psychologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
- Doctoral Graduate with a submitted application to the CHCPBC (or plans to submit an application within the next 6 months)
