Job Description
We are looking for a PSW to support a client in their home in Cobourg. The shifts are 12 hours 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am and every other weekend.

What you'll be doing:
Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes. Provide assistance with personal care. Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises. Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding. Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
