Rapportant directement au(a la) gerant(e) du magasin, le(la) detenteur(trice) des cles appuie le personnel de gestion du magasin en s'assurant une experience de magasinage positive sur le plancher de vente ainsi que la rentabilite des ventes.
Responsabilites principales :
Creer et diriger une atmosphere sur le plancher de vente qui priorise la fidelisation de la clientele
Coacher les membres du personnel sur les pratiques pour offrir une experience incroyable a notre clientele et fournir la retroaction positive
Creer un modele de communication ouverte sur le plancher de vente
Rester a l'affut de nos derniers produits et services
Promouvoir un environnement sur, positif et enrichissant
S'assurer que le magasin est attirant au niveau visuel en tout temps
Aider le personnel de gestion dans le soutien et la mise en place des nouvelles initiatives de la compagnie
Aptitudes interpersonnelles demontrees
Excellentes aptitudes a la presentation dans le marche de detail
Capacite de motiver le personnel par le biais du coaching et du leadership
Capacite de mener les membres du personnel vers leurs objectifs en ventes
Qualifications et experience requises
1+ ans d'experience comme superviseur(e), preferablement dans le marche de detail de vetements mode
Excellentes aptitudes pour le service a la clientele

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead is to support the leadership team with the operations of the store by ensuring consistent positive customer experiences is delivered on the sales floor to profitably grow top-line sales.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities include the following
Creates and leads an stmosphere on the sales floor that builds customer realization, retention and loyalty.
Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide positive feedback.
Creates an open outward communication on the sales floor.
Keeps current on our products and service updates.
Promotes a positive, safe and rewarding environment.
Ensures the store is visually appealing at all times.
Assists the leadership team in supporting, leading, and implementing new company initiatives.
Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills
Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment
Ability to motivate team through coaching & leadership.
Ability to lead the sales teams to achieve sales quota.
Qualifications and Experience Required
1+ years related supervisory experience preferably in retail apparel.
