Responsabilites du poste :
Repondre aux appels entrants et traiter les demandes des clients en francais et en anglais.
Traiter les commandes de vente et gerer les transactions des clients avec precision.
Effectuer la saisie de donnees et maintenir des dossiers clients precis.
Fournir un soutien administratif, y compris la preparation et le classement de documents.
Offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel pour garantir la satisfaction des clients.
Collaborer avec les membres de l'equipe pour soutenir les objectifs operationnels.
Qualifications :
Maitrise du francais (parle et ecrit) requise ; la maitrise de l'anglais est un atout.
Experience prealable dans des roles de service a la clientele, de vente ou administratifs preferee.
Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
Maitrise de la saisie de donnees et des applications informatiques de base (p. ex., MS Office, systemes CRM).
Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches et a prosperer dans un environnement dynamique.
Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent ; qualifications supplementaires sont un atout.

Disponibilite a temps plein (40 heures/semaine).
Doit etre en mesure de travailler sur place dans notre bureau de Montreal.

Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in French and English.
Process sales orders and handle customer transactions with accuracy.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.
Provide clerical support, including document preparation and filing.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to support operational goals.
Qualifications:
Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or clerical roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with data entry and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Job Requirements:
Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
Must be able to work on-site at our Montreal office.
