We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Writer/Project Coordinator to support our Capital Works team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation of proposals, and project schedules, and working alongside Project Managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of proposals for clients, including gathering information and data, formatting, and proofreading.

\xc2\xb7 Review BC BC, Bids and Tenders and other media for opportunities and Track upcoming opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met through Gantt Charts.

\xc2\xb7 Initiate Proposals, set proposal schedule, set up proposal template, interview PM\xe2\x80\x99s and engineers on win themes, key issues, solutions

\xc2\xb7 Set up schedule and fee template based on RFP

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure that all project requirements are met.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitoring of project finances.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate project documentation and records, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have access to the information they need.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise.

\xc2\xb7 Set up schedule and fee template based on RFP

\xc2\xb7 Lead the proposal preparation process including establishing the schedule and reviews.

\xc2\xb7 Assist with the preparation of project reports and presentations.

\xc2\xb7 Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry.

\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Project.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Indesign

\xc2\xb7 Graphic design skills would be beneficial

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
