How you will Impact PLATFORM The successful candidate will lead our proposal strategy. We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture with a focus on overall development. \xc2\xb7 Design and format reports, proposals, and sales presentations using our brand guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Be responsible for managing and creating bespoke insurance proposals / RFP responses for clients and prospects. \xc2\xb7 Conceptualize and design compelling and impactful collateral while collaborating with team members and staff to strengthen messaging. \xc2\xb7 Ensure accuracy and precision of processed/formatted materials. \xc2\xb7 Develop and enhance internal library of marketing collateral (templates, layouts, RFP submissions, sales sheets, presentations) \xc2\xb7 Ensure brand consistency throughout internal and external communications. \xc2\xb7 Assist and manage creative projects as required (Marketing collateral, swag, business cards) \xc2\xb7 Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to positively impact business results. Education, Experience, and Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing & Communications or a related discipline \xc2\xb7 Strong working knowledge of InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communications, team player \xc2\xb7 Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to positively impact business results.
