Graham is actively recruiting for a Proposal Specialist supporting the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Specialist plays a key role in supporting end-to-end proposal management process, planning, coordinating, coordinating and delivering high quality customer focused submissions while serving as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and contributing to team strategies and business objectives.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site

Lead proposal process

to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions aligned with Graham's standards.

Analyze RFP/RFI documents

, create compliance matrix, and manage proposal schedules and milestones.

Coordinate internal meetings

, communicate responsibilities, timelines, and win strategies.

Develop and edit proposal content

, ensuring clarity, consistency, and maintaining content library.

Support business development and client communications

, including research, collateral, and bid clarifications.

The Right Tools for the Job

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree; APMP Certification (or working toward) is an asset.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Suite, MS Office, SharePoint; advanced InDesign knowledge; experience with proposal development, editing, and compliance.

Experience:
