Graham is actively recruiting for a Proposal Specialist supporting the Services Division. Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Services Division growth and success.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site

Lead and support the end-to-end development of proposal responses

(RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, SOQs), ensuring clarity, compliance, and strategic alignment

Manage pursuit documentation and facilitate proposal meetings,

keeping contributors informed, aligned, and accountable for deliverables

Write, edit, and maintain compelling proposal content

such as executive summaries, project descriptions, and qualification materials

Design and produce visually impactful proposals

using MS Suite, Adobe InDesign, and other tools, while adhering to branding guidelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members,

fostering a positive and inclusive proposal environment

Curate and update proposal assets and reusable content,

ensuring information remains accurate, current, and ready for future use

The Right Tools for the Job

Education

: Diploma or bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Design, or Business preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in proposal management. Experience with large-scale or multi-disciplinary proposal submissions is an asset

Software

: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and proposal automation platforms

Certifications

: Completion of, or progress toward, APMP Certification preferred
