Make an impact with our Proposal Management team as a Manager. This diverse team of professionals understands and responds to client needs while positioning MNP as the service provider of choice. As a trusted advisor, you'll create engaging, refined and persuasive client proposals that directly contribute to the success of our firm and our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage the proposal process from production to delivery; ensure content adheres to firm strategic objectives and MNP brand standards Champion best practices and guidelines to ensure the consistent production of high-quality, client focused proposals Analyze RFP requirements in the development of clear and focused response strategies Lead proposal meetings, assign proposal responsibilities and milestones to include technical, graphics/marketing and writing plans Develop proposal timelines; communicate and maintain proposal deliverable deadlines Coordinate and develop proposal content and prepare effective presentations and messaging strategies Utilize effective research strategies to identify competitive intelligence Interact with key stakeholders and business groups, as required, to coordinate and develop proposal content Write proposal narratives and executive summaries; ensure brand and messaging is consistent and compelling Maintain proposal content database, ensuring proper tracking and maintenance of proposal materials Manage multiple proposals ensuring strict adherence to deadlines Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in communications, English, creative writing, journalism or other related field 3+ years' of strategic writing experience, including business or proposal writing 3+ years' of proposal management experience Professional services industry experience is considered an asset Graphic design skills and experience working with Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset Working knowledge of software programs like SharePoint and MS Office Suite, including Copilot, is considered an asset
