We are seeking a

Proposal Manager

to lead the end-to-end bid process--from opportunity identification through submission and post-bid review--to secure new business opportunities. This role coordinates cross-functional efforts among R&D engineers, sales, and production team to produce high-quality, tailored proposals that align with company strategy. Responsibilities include developing proposal content, managing pricing quotations, and working with engineering and manufacturing team to oversee product delivery. The position also maintains proposal templates and materials, ensures process efficiency, and serves as the central contact for all bid and pricing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification and qualification through submission, presentation, and post-bid review Coordinate with technical, commercial, legal, and project teams to prepare tailored proposals that meet client needs and align with company strategy Develop and edit proposal narratives, executive summaries, and supporting materials that clearly communicate the company's strengths and differentiators Work with technical team to understand product offerings and generate customer price quotations Chair post-sale kick-off meeting with order fulfillment team to identify all deliverables and associated owners per price quotation and proposal submitted Work with Engineering and Manufacturing team to track and update all stakeholders with latest product delivery status Maintain templates, proposal libraries, and product materials; identify opportunities to streamline and improve the bid process. Serve as single point of contact for product and sales enquiry related to price quotes and bid materials

Qualifications and Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or related fields Proven track record managing complex bids or RFP responses Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and time-management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools Familiarity with telecommunication systems is beneficial Critical thinking and strong troubleshooting skills Able to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines
