Responsibilities:

Execute each of the services we offer exceeding the client's expectations Able to work at heights up to 40 feet on commercial and residential rooftops Conduct site and safety inspections at the beginning of each job Manage operational efficiencies at each job site Supervise and lead a general helper with positive collaboration Collect payment from clients at the end of each job Operate a company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures and
provincial laws

Manage the cleanliness of the company vehicle every day Manage inventory and condition of the tools used to perform our services Other duties as assigned
What we're looking for:

Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to consistently lift 50lbs throughout an 8-hour work day Have working at heights and extension ladder experience Good work ethic who takes pride in their work; honesty and integrity go a long way in
this business!

Good organizational and time management skills required to meet daily deadlines Excellent customer service skills Able to communicate clearly in English, written and verbally Able to work flexible hours including the occasional evening and weekend Handyman experience is preferred Enjoy working outside in various weather conditions Experience is not necessary as we will train candidates who are a good fit with ourorganization
