Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced property manager to take over for the current proper manager who is relocating. The ideal candidate will have ample experience in all aspects of property management.

Responsibilities

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and showcase available units

- Assist prospective tenants with the leasing process from application to lease signing

- Analyze applications and conduct background checks in order to ensure signing of good tenants

- Manage maintenance requests and tenant issues.

- Assist in accounts receivable and setting up payment plans.

- Draft Landlord Tenant Board notices (N4, N5, N8) and applications (L1, L2, L4, L10)

- Maintain an adequate tenant map, contact sheet, and other administrative documents.

Experience

- Previous experience in property management is required. Sales experience is preferred.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Board processes

- Rent collection and payment plan set up

- Comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs

Starting wage may vary based on level of experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
