Overview:

The Property Manager oversees daily operations, profitability, and resident satisfaction for a residential property in Sherbrooke. This role includes staff supervision, leasing, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and address resident concerns promptly. Manage leasing activities, including tours, applications, renewals, and rent collection. Lead, train, and schedule staff; monitor performance and resolve conflicts. Oversee budgets, capital plans, and vendor management. Ensure maintenance, safety compliance, and cleanliness of the property.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or related field. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of building systems and minor repairs. Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software. Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
