We are a growing property management company specializing in residential rentals. We are looking for a reliable and professional individual to support day-to-day operations, tenant management, and administrative work. No license required to start.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily property management tasks for assigned units.
Handle tenant inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate maintenance requests: communicate with landlords, contractors, and tenants to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Assist with preparing leases, renewals, addendums, and required documentation.
Maintain organized records of tenant information, leases, payments, and property files.
Conduct property inspections and create inspection reports.
Schedule and conduct property viewings for new lease listings.
Provide professional support and communication to landlords, tenants, and vendors.
Support general office administration and property management workflow.
Qualifications
Previous experience in property management, real estate admin, office admin, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
Comfortable handling field work such as property inspections and viewings.
Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
Must be professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
