Job Description
A well established property development firm in downtown Edmonton requires a LIVE IN building manager for a 75 unit apartment located near Canada Place. This is a full-time contract position. If you CANNOT live on the premises please do not apply. This is an "arts" friendly building. Duties:
- Prepare vacant suites for move in which may require cleaning and painting.
- Manage and track all facets of tenant interaction (but not limited to) leases, rental payments, by means of a selected software program. Any experience in this area should be highlighted.
- Manage tenant issues on call 24/7.
- Manage building maintenance requirements.
- Property Management (Mandatory)
- Computer software for building tracking (Buildium or similar)
- Commensurate with experience
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- property management: 1 year (preferred)
- Property Leasing & Management Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
