Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive On-Site Property Manager to join our team.
As a successful Property Manager you will work closely with property owners, boards of directors and tenants to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. We ask that you bring to the table your unique skills and expertise in managing multiple residential and commercial properties, excellent interpersonal, communication and client services skills and the initiative to be proactive.
Our team oriented environment is fast paced and demanding, our Property Managers have advanced skills in all Microsoft applications and property management databases.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of property management experience, working with multiple properties.
3-5 years Advanced MS application experience
Superior client services and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
RCM designation or working towards RCM designation required
CMRAO License required
