As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and sales-driven Property Manager/Leasing Agent to join our team and ensure a seamless experience for our residents.

Job Overview

This role is perfect for a motivated individual with strong computer and technology skills, excellent organization, and sales experience . The Property Manager will oversee leasing, tenant relations, and property operations, ensuring our communities maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing & Resident Relations

• Market and advertise available units across digital platforms
• Respond to inquiries, schedule and organize property tours for potential tenants
• Process rental applications, conduct tenant screenings, and finalize lease agreements
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and handle inquiries professionally

Property Operations & Management

• Oversee our team providing move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring a flawless resident experience
• Ensure properties remain well-maintained and compliant with company standards
• Work with maintenance teams and service providers to address repair and service requests
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, resident communications, and expenses

Sales & Marketing

• Utilize digital marketing strategies to attract high-quality tenants and reduce vacancy rates
• Provide insights on rental market trends to optimize pricing strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in property management software and Social Media marketing tools
Highly Organized: Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties efficiently
Sales & Customer Service Experience: A background in real estate, leasing, or sales is a strong asset
Excellent Communication: Strong English and written communication skills with a professional approach.
Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinker who can effectively address resident needs and property challenges
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation •(some travel between properties is required)•
